Mince Pies

I would like to spice up my pies with a med hot flavour, but not a chillie or tomato taste, thanks for any help.

What sort of flavours do you like? you could add a little curry powder.

firstdotheonions,add garlic,mince. cookmincetillpinkinessallgoneandthen addsago(soakedbeforehand),tomato sauce,chillisauce,saltandpepper.noliquidinmymiincemixturesonotsoggyandrunnybutafirmpiewhencut.ialsojustusetheedmondssavoury short pastry.
