Can someone help me with a receipe

from the edmonds cook book please.It is a cheesecake type dessert with a malt biscuit base.The topping tastes like yoghurt is mixed with either cream or cream cheese and then a raspberry topping put on top.I dont have a edmonds cook book but have eaten this delicious dessert but was only told it was in the edmonds cook book.They were too lazy to get the receipe for me :(Help would be most appreciated.

She could have altered it to suit her taste, maybe there should be jelly, I am not sure.

No, and the person that made it isnt very helpful either:(, she just keeps saying look in the edmonds book.

Cheesecake in my Edmonds book:

250g packet Wine Biscuits (could use malt, i guess)
125g Butter melted
1 packet Edmonds Jelly
300ml Boiling Water
1 tin Sweetened condensed milk
250g Tub of Cream Cheese

Crush biscuits, mix with butter, press into the base and sides of a tin, refrigerate.Dissolve jelly in water, cool. When jelly is nearly set, blend condensed milk and cream cheese and beat into jelly, pour into crumb shell and chill till set. Decorate with fruit to match the jelly.

I guess you could easily forgo the jelly
