I make my self crusting quiche with 60g melted butter, 3 eggs, 1/2 c flour, 1 t bp, salt and pepper, 1/2 c milk. Then just add whtever flavourings you want - cheese, onion, bacon, anying really (grated zucchini and carrot is good too- yum ) Then put in a shallow dish and bake at 200 for 35- 40 mins

I can't for the life of me remember what this is called ... someone will know, but it's cooked tagliatelli pasta with eggs, bacon, cream and parmesan cheese. I can't believe I can't remember the name - it's very yummy!!
