yup do the chilli tonight and meantime cook the neckchops up so you can skim the fat off tommorrow, then you will put it back on the heat with the flavourings and vege to make a stew, i make one my mum used to make with curry powder and sultanas in it

Sherry Chops, Flour chops with 2 tbsp flour . Brown in 2 tbsp of fat or oil. Mix together 2 tbsp each of sherry, honey and worchestsire sauce. Pour over chops and back fpr 1 and a half to two hours. Serve with mashed potato, carrots and peas. Enjoy.

Good idea neck chops are soo much better for a rest between double cooking (and a chance to skim fat) and the chilli con carne will spice him up a bit a nice wine some candlelight, who knows ;)
