hi, i am icing using ganache today for a birthday cake for my sister, but never made it before, how do i know how much choc to add to the boiling cream?

equal quantities ... e. g. 100ml of cream to 100 g of choc; so you need to work out the quanities you need for your cake

2 parts cream to 2 of choc will also work.
