Hi mouse1- if you go to the left of your screen you will see "message board" if you put microwave carrot cake in the "keyword or member" space and then in the lower space, put "anytime" you should get any recipes for what you are after. Trademecooks is not available now under the old search, but I am pretty sure that fishers site has a link to it. Someone will be able to give you the link or if you are on facebook - search for trademe in the search bar as there is a recipes/Trademe facebook page and you should be able to find the link there also.

Carrot Cake 2 good cups grated carrot 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup vege oil 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/4 cups flour 2 tsp cinnamin 2 tsp mixed spice 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Mix eggs sugar oil and vanilla well add carrots then dried ingredients put in cake mold and cover (paper towel) Cook for 8 minutes on high stand for 5 minutes turn out of dish
