I had a beautiful carrot cake recipe off here last year and I have since lost it, it was a beautiful moist cake , had oil, and pinapple in it, does anyone have a good one they could share please :)

Shells23 if you put carrot cake in the search area in the L side here and select any time for date posted there are lots of threads that come up and you may find the one you have misplaced.
