Have just bought a pressure cooker, the electric kind.

Has a really good recipe book with it (full colour actual book rather than black and white five page recipe book lol) but wouldnt mind some nice tried and true recipes.

thanks

I use my pressurer cooker frequently. I use all my usual recipes i. e. casseroles, stews etc in the pressure cooker - I don't adapt them specially for the pressure cooker apart from the obvious time difference.

Have just got a pressure cooker recipe book from Whitcoulls made especially for the Australian market. It was on special. You might like to try and purchase a copy - it could give you some ideas.
