Does anyone know where to source pomegranates and/or seeds either fresh or canned or frozen? ?

Not always easy to get here - e actually have a pomegranate bush but it is not hot enough for them to grow to the normal size. i have bought them from the fruiterer on occasion, probably best to ask one in your area.

The season in California is October to January, so you may have problems getting anything fresh apart from the juices, extracts or the dried seeds.

Cookessentials you are awesome! ! Thanks so much, I am thinking if I get the seeds and the juice I can rehydrate the seeds in the juice and that should be pretty close to the real thing... . . maybe. Thanks again :o))

You are very welcome. I dont know whether that will work, I guess it depends on how dry the seeds are and how they have been dried. You could ask them at least anyway.
