Wondering if I can make these with grapevine leaves instead as we have an abundance of them, has anyone tried?

You'd have to make the parcels much smaller as even the biggest vine leaves are only about a quarter of the size of lotus leaves. But I'd give it a go, it won't taste authentic but it could be great.
