I use a Edmonds cookbook xmas cake recipe and substitute gf flour Works fine

I make gluten free cakes, have yet to make my xmas cake but I tend to use Almond meal/flour/ground almonds but that is a personal preference. I have posted on here a g/f flour recipe which I find is also good for cakes. It uses a mix of rice flour, almond, potato starch and arrowroot flour. It is really good especially for biscuits.
