noooooo not borlotti beans navy beans are what you use for bake beans :)

Each to his own. The recipe I used specified borolotti beans because that is what I have a store of, uncooked, in my freezer.

anything by chelsea winter - i can't cook (no, seriously, almost scored a new kitchen when heating oil in fry pan) and her recipes, good grief, if i can A) make them, B) serve them C) get hubby to eat them , with no side effects, and requests for 2nds, then its a winner for me - i have not had one fail yet. And for girl who can't cook, always almost have everything in the pantry already.
