Defrost in microwave & then pop into a low oven?
I have never done it, but that's what I'd try, if I did have to.
Good luck.

If you don't have a microwave then transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with tinfoil and heat in a low oven til thawed then increase to heat.

Thanks I just used turbo thaw for about 5 mins then heated a further 5 mins. It seemed to do the trick. The best option would have been to thaw it first but that was't an option.

Cover and microwave on high for 5 or 6 minutes, test, then heat some more (perhaps a lower temp) till hot enough. Let it rest for a minute.
