. I have got a frozen meal of Lamb chops and veges that I need to thaw and heat for dinner. Can anyone help me please?

Defrost in microwave & then pop into a low oven? I have never done it, but that's what I'd try, if I did have to. Good luck.

If you don't have a microwave then transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with tinfoil and heat in a low oven til thawed then increase to heat.

Thanks I just used turbo thaw for about 5 mins then heated a further 5 mins. It seemed to do the trick. The best option would have been to thaw it first but that was't an option.

Cover and microwave on high for 5 or 6 minutes, test, then heat some more (perhaps a lower temp) till hot enough. Let it rest for a minute.

Hiya. not us, Central has it though. We have a darn cold frost this morning, gota move quick to keep warm.
