I will be out of action for a few weeks following an operation.I Want to stock the freezer with meals. Does fish pie or macaroni cheese freeze/reheat ok?

Both fish pie and macaroni cheese are commonly sold as frozen snack meals so the answer must be yes.

Those two dishes should be fine but most sauces/gravies are better reheated on their own.

Try using cornflour instead of ordinary baking flour.

I freeze my mac n cheese. Always reheat and stir in a little dab milk on reheating and stir it in stop microwave 2x and do this. Works really well.
