Next time I would roast the pumpkin before adding, but still very good as is. Oh and added a couple of cloves of garlic when sautéing the onion. I did think of sprinkling roasted pine nuts over at the end, plus feta cheese would be a nice addition too.

That's the thing aye, can always add things and try bits and pieces to make a recipe your own. Great stuff.
