Make it easy on yourself & go for any of the Edmonds packet mix ones. They taste wonderful.

or google Dana's chocolate cake - sophie grey and instead of making the cake make them into cupcakes, i always get heaps of compliments when i make them

I used this recipe to make cupcakes for my daughters wedding. I got 20 standard cupcakes out of this amount. They are easy to make, have a light texture and remain fresh for a long time.
