Can some one tell me what blood & guts is? Have seen it on the menu at our new fish and chip shop in Rotorua. Thanks in advance :)

I think it is chips with tomato sauce and sour cream or mayo from memory. Son used to get it all the time.

lol, a guy used to come to my fish and chip shop and ask for that, he wanted chips, with tomato sauce, mayo, and tartare sauce squirted over it, then wrapped, he reckoned the fact they went all soggy was the good bit. no accounting for taste is all I can say.

I have heard of ppl asking for a raw egg put over the order before wrapping it up! !
Its cooked by the time its home and un-wrapped.

Thanks everyone. Sounds scary but fun. I will give it a go when I'm next on Fish and Chip night.
