Hi all, I'm trying to find a recipe for a moist cake containing preferably just passion fruit and no other fruits, and that uses all the pulp. Can anyone help? thanks in advance.

here is a Passionfruit Sponge recipe
80g butter 1 cup caster sugar 3 large eggs separated 1 cup passion fruit - pulp 3/4 cup milk Just under half cup self raising flour Icing sugar for garnish Thick greek yoghurt to accompany Method Pre-set oven to 180c Cooking time - approx 45 minutes. You'll need a large oven dish. Grease a baking dish with a little butter. Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time combining well with each addition. Add passion fruit and milk then stir in flour. Beat egg white until soft peaks form. Fold gently into batter mixture. Pour into baking dish. Add enough hot water to base of oven dish so that when sponge dish goes in, water come just under halfway upside. Cook 45 minutes when pudding will be firmish. Dust top with icing sugar. Great hot out of the oven or delicious cold the next day with lashing of thick yoghurt.

I would just use your trusted butter cake recipe and add the pulp when mixing. With a passionfruit icing . If you prefer, strain out the seeds for the cake, but leave them in for the icing.
