My son has given me a bottle of the above, I thought I would surprise him with a special cake when he comes over here next week? Has any one got a recipe I could impress him with? I also have a bottle of Kahlua. Thanks
The chocolate luxe Baileys is very different to the standard Baileys though - its very thick for a start

He does - I think I would thin it down a bit with the kahlua though to be sure it actually soaks into the sponge fingers
It's actually delicious just poured over good vanilla ice cream
