I am trying to find a particular soup recipe - an old one from Alison Holst. It is (I think! ) in her big microwave cookbook from the late 80's or early 90's. Its a carrot, red lentil and orange soup. There are variations in later books I have of hers, but I want THIS one! Can anyone help me?
Haha! Someone is selling the book this recipe is in! I am a happy girl :] thanks for your suggestions.
