I make marmalade. I can't have grapefruit and hubbie is diabetic. 1kg mixed citrus. I use 4 grapefruit, 4 oranges and 2 lemons. 700gm sugar, 3/4 cup water. We only have small amount on our toast.

have you tried slicing an orange on your toast Taste is just as good as marmalade but so better for you
