Butterscotch and coconut dumplings

Just made these for the first time tonight they were so. good. Pretty easy to make, with on hand ingredients. I did use thread coconut, but worked well. this will be a well used recipe.

Does anyone have this recipe from the mag I just saved the link above and now it doesn`t work :-(
I think it was june's issue.

That much is still available:

Butterscotch and Coconut Dumplings - NZ House and Garden *

Butterscotch sauce:
50g butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup cream 1 1/2 cups water.

Coconut dumplings:
125g butter, softened 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/4 cup milk.

Thanks Uli, We don`t really eat desserts but this was a huge hit, and you only needed a small amount, so great for when guests are around.
