Found an expired link for these so couldn't get to actual recipe but, luckily someone had posted the ingredient list.
No instructions but should be possible to work it out l guess. Just what l fancy at this time of year so might have a go for pudding tonight.

Butterscotch and Coconut Dumplings - NZ House and Garden *
Butterscotch sauce:
50g butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup cream 1 1/2 cups water.
Coconut dumplings:
125g butter, softened 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/4 cup milk.
Found two other recipes that sound good and perhaps you could either use the recipe and substitute some flour for the coconut or just use the instructions and use your original ingredients instead of theirs (Hope that makes sense.)

Thanks bella, will trial it this weekend. I am so annoyed as this recipe was so amazing. I am not a baker , so usually prefer a recipe!

Made these last night. Of course the microwave decided not to work when it came time to cook them. Just transferred everything into a pot and cooked them for the same times on the stovetop. Worked just as well and they were really nice. Finished them off for breakfast.
