We have friends coming for tea tonight, I have made a batch of eclair cases and iced them with choc icing but have now found out one of the guests doesn't like cream. Is there another yummy filling I can use in them instead of fresh cream? Pastry cream perhaps? And (easy) recipe for it please?

Crème Pâtissière is delicious and easy to make. Here's a link to a recipe. Use full fat milk, not trim milk.
take the chocolate icing off hers haha. but if she doesn't like cream she may not like custard either.
