Is there anything that I can use in place of soy sauce in a chicken, rice teriyaki dish.It needs 40ml right at the end and I have jsut relised that I dont have any. TIA.

Perhaps some oyster sauce/ thinned with a little water!

Asian fish sauce would do, or oyster sauce, otherwise just increase the salt slightly.

Dang to late,it tastes ok as is but could of been so much better.Thanks all and will remember for next time.
