I would appreciate a good recipe for blueberry muffins as one of my workmates brought some blueberries in for me and I thought I would say thanks by making some.Thanks in advance

Sorry about the capitals, that is how I have it saved so I don't need my glasses ! BLUEBERRY BRAN MUFFINS 1 CUP BAKING (WHEAT) BRAN ¼ CUP WHEATGERM OR EXTRA BRAN ½ CUP RICE BRAN OR CANOLA OIL ¾ CUP PLAIN OR FRUITY YOGURT 1 LARGE EGG 1 tsp CINNAMON ¾ tsp SALT 1 CUP SUGAR 1 – 1 ½ CUPS FROZEN BLUEBERRIES 1 1//2 CUPS PLAIN FLOUR 1 tsp BAKING SODA HEAT OVEN TO 200C, MEASURE THE FIRST 8 INGREDIENTS INTO A BOWL, MIX WELL WITH A FORK THEN LEAVE TO STAND. STIR IN FROZEN BLUBERRIES SEPARATING ANY CLUMPS, SIEVE IN THE FLOUR AND SODA, FOLD THROUGH THE MIXTURE, IF IT LOOKS DRY ADD ¼ CUP EXTRA YOGURT OR MILK. SPOON INTO WELL SPRAYED MUFFIN PANS AND BAKE FOR 10 – 15 MIN. UNTIL THE CENTRES SPRING BACK WHEN PRESSED
