Hi im looking for a recipe for a couscous salad with feta

Curried cous cous and chickpea salad.
1/2 c water 1/2 c chicken stock 1t curry powder 1c cous cous 400g tin of chickpeas (rinsed and drained) 200g feta cheese 1/2c chopped parsley 2 green onions (chopped) (although I leave this out personally) 1t finely grated lemon rind 1/4c lemon juice
Bring water, stock and curry power to boil. Combine cous cous in medium heatproof bowl with stock mixture, cover and stand for 5 mins or until water is absorbed, fluffing with fork occasionally. Stir remaining ingredients into cous cous.

Mine is: 2 Cups prepared couscous, Cucumber, tomatoes, 1 can drained chickpeas, feta.Serve with cucumber and yoghurt dressing it's really yummy.
