Have made too much so was wondering if it can be successfully frozen once made??

will do, thanks.Crazy but out the next few nights and not sure how long it would keep in the fridge??(MAY use it Fri night ... if it will keep??)

I agree.
Freezing couscous is not something I have tried, mainly because I haven't found it necessary to do so as couscous will keep in the refrigerator for a few days, although IMO the length of safe keeping time may depend on what has been added to it. If you do try freezing some of your couscous please let us know how successful you find it to be. :-))
