So I just cooked my potatoes for salad tomorrow, but I want to do make the actual salad tomorrow and now I'm worried about discolouration. What to do! Will it be ok to make tomorrow or should I just get on with it!

I have made mine, I always make the day before it tastes yummy. More flavour if you leave it overnight in the fridge.
