Hi Does anyone know if its ok to make pankake mixture up today,store it in the fridge for use tommorow! Trying to get all organised for tommorow morning! Thanks

we went on school camp and the camp cook had mixed up all the dry ingredients before we went and all she did was add the eggs and milk before cooking and they were fine. Merry Christmas.

Pancake batter will be fine stored overnight in the fridge, in fact the pancakes will be more tender.
