If you use vinegar in your recipe you need to make sure it isn't malt vinegar.

Maize is a grain so if they are going grain free, it wouldnt be OK. There are many gluten proteins, so maybe they cant tolerate the maize either.

Fielders cornflour is gluten free and use white vinegar.People who are gf cannot tolerate malt
