l made truffles last night with passionfruit sauce and white chocolate and then rolled them in toasted sesame seeds and oh my are they nice
The chocolate and passionfruit taste on its own was very nice so you could make it into a fudge
l used the passionfruit pulp and strained it and it is not sickly sweet
lt is an Annabelle White recipe

l doubled the recipe below

70g tasti passionfruit sauce
125g Whittaker's white chocolate, finely chopped
30g toasted sesame seeds

l heated the sauce till just boiling and while that was doing l finely chopped the chocolate and put it in a bowl and poured over the hot sauce and left it a minute then stirred till it was smooth and thick and then put it in the fridge to let it set then next day made it up and rolled it in the sesame seeds

YUM!
Think I will try these for Christmas Day.

l have just been emailing the recipe off to everyone l saw today, they went in no time and next time l think l will use 2 blocks of chocolate etc it was so nice and easy

krazy_kat, Dec 2, 6:55am
Ok, where do you get bubblegum and marshmellow flavouring!I'm totally intriged!

I cheated . Used the flavour oils for chocolate making ;) think they are called lorann oils got them off the internet but spotlight might stock them. We are going to make liquid centre chocolates for our gift baskets too.
I think the dark chocolate and peppermint oil is great and smoked chilli
and dark chocolate are the ones i like best.

Chocolates with fillings are a lot of fun to make but they vanish so fast l made them up in the different shaped moulds and put all sorts of different fillings in and the were gone in no time with everyone wanting more
