Mini christmas puddings.

Hello cooks, want to make some christmas puddings in my mini muffin tins. All the recipes I have found need to be boiled or in the crock pot, but neither of those will work for me. Has anyone done them in muffin tins before. Thanks.

What about cooking a normal pudding then crumble it and add in some melted chocolate (to bind it) and roll it into little balls. You can then drizzle a bit of white chocolate over the top and add a tiny bit of red and green cherries to decorate.
You could also use a fruit cake recipe and just put this into the mini muffin tins although they won't really be puddings - more like mini cakes.Christmas puddings are pretty much always boiled.

I have made small puddings in ramekin dishes in the crockpot, they turned out well.
