Chocolate Molten Puddings

I have some guests coming who are gluten free and I was wanting to make my Choc Molten (fondant) puddings for dessert.Can I successfully substitute the small amount of flour for ground almonds or would this not work?I am willing to try it out before the event but just want someone elses opinion first before I try.

thanks for that.I will just get some gluten free flour and give that a try first.

You can make gluten free cakes with ground almond, not sure about the quantities though, so you should be able to use almond :-)
