Where can you buy gelatine leaves from and are they easy to use! I want to do a new recipe for xmas and it says I need 3 gelatine leaves. I have looked at New World and Pak n Save but to no avail. Thanks for any help

just found a shop that sells them in Christchurch online, thanks for the help. Heres hoping they are easy to use

Granulated does the same job really and is not half as tedious to dissolve .
