Where do you get them from! I can only find gelatine powder locally, and it can be a bit difficult to judge quantities when the recipe says sheets.

I bought them at Ruth Pretty's check on her sight but i have also seen them at new wotld in the deli or any other good deli specialist shop i think one sheet equals 1 tsp! My cheesecake set anyway i used two as the recipe said 1/2 tabs of gelatine.
