I am making a birthday cake for my sons Gluten Free partner. I searched through all the recipes here and found an awesome thread with lots of Gluten Free recipes which now I cant find. I wrote down the recipe for a Carrot cake which was made using200g Bakels flour,400g Brown sugar,400g carrots, 4eggs,350ml vegetable oil, 1tsp cinnamon. The problem I have is the first part of the recipe lists 2 tsp baking powder, but in the method part it states baking Soda! Not sure which to use! Any help would be much appreciated!
