wotmum, sorry I can't help you from my tried and tested collection but from doing a Google search I found this recipe for you:-
Eggs can be replaced with either a table spoon of sour cream or yoghurt with a teaspoon of baking soda, mix together and let sit a couple of minutes, it will froth up when ready.
