I haven't seen Golden Churn for years other than in NZ Duty Free chillers.I used to buy it regularly as it was so good.
There is a new butter recently launched, made byLewis Road Creamery.It is superb, the best butter I've tasted outside of France.Here is their website - maybe you can locate some of the butter for your cake.
