I bought a pork belly this morning as my friend as coming for dinner but she has just cancelled.Grr.Not to worry cos I am going to someone elses place now but not sure when to cook the pork.It takes about an hour then under the grill for the crackling.Would it be ok to cook the pork now and then take with me to do the crackling later or will the pork dry out!

Won't dry out as they are full of fat. I usually cook mine for a lot longer than an hour though

really!The recipe says an hour for a 1.2kg.How long do you think!
