We've all seen them hanging up at the local Asian bbq takeaway. They cut them up into the pieces, throw it on steamed rice and a side of buck choy. The pork skin is crisp and melts in in your mouth. Any experts with the recipe??
Thanks - I will be trying this and report back next week

Tried it today and it was very nice, I couldnt find red bean curd to I subbed hoisin sauce. Bought some pork belly from PaknSav $26.00 it was abit expensive I thought but I did invite ten people for dinner most had seconds, and had a little left over. I will do it again when I can find some red bean curd. Thanks i enjoyed the day.

We had roast pork in the weekend, so instead of rubbing the skin with salt and oil i did the white vinegar trick in that recipe and the crackle was so light and crunchy, will def be doing that from now on!
