Please has anyone suggestions for using up cream cheese icing other than carrot cake. I was thinking of a slice or similar item.

Not a slice suggestion terraalba, but another cake - In one of her books Annabel Langbein has a recipe for Lemon Yoghurt Cake with cream cheese icing.
Have you considered freezing the icing!I haven't done so personally but I understand that cream cheese icing freezes successfully.
Hope those thoughts help.:-))

Cheesecake. Add some cream, gelatine and flavour (fruit, alcohol, chocolate).

+1 freezes well. or use it on mini muffins.

Red velvet cake or muffins are perfect with cream cheese icing!
