You can make up a mix like this to have with Greek yoghurt and berries. I have this in summer sometimes -
Coconut flakes - these are fantastic!
Walnuts
Hazelnuts
Almonds
Flaxseed
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds

I add rolled oats to my fruit and yoghurt - leave to soak overnight and they're delicious. This morning I had rolled oats, greek yoghurt, grated apple and cinnamon but it's even nicer with frozen berries.

Alternatively, some of the Hubbards Thank Goodness range of cereals are fairly low GI and Kelloggs Sustain is also apparently Low GI but since I'm not sure how you work out the GI if the information isn't given on the nutrition panel that I'm at a loss as to what prepackaged cereal would or wouldn't be low GI
