depends on how much liquid in your stir fry.the dry noodles will suck it all up

I always precook.If I use the udon noodles that aren't dry I just chuck them in. The one's with the egg on the front are yum in stir fry with their sauces.I usually add another wee splosh of soy sauce and worchester (just 'coz I love it)

I often throw 2min noodles into stirfries near the end of the cook. after first breaking the noodle bunches up quite a bit and soaking in just boiled water for a few mins. also those yummy plain crunchy noodles to top off/serve.
