I purchased a very nice stainless steamed pudding thing off here about 2 years ago and have never used the dam thing - it seems quite large 1.5kg or 21/2 pints. Would love to shock my family and produce something from this - any recipes greatly received - berry - chocolatte - lemon yummmm!

ronnoc, try doing a search here on this Trademe MB using Steamed Pudding as the Keywords and Last year as the Date posted option - you should find a variety of recipes there from earlier threads.:-))
