A friend of mine is a real foodie and has recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and is really struggling with what this will mean for her. I want to make her some treats that actually taste good! I have a big jar of equal available. Any suggestions! Would be grateful for actual tried and tested recipes rather than links to other websites etc.

Google Baking with Equal and they have a good recipe selection.
