Make WINE. There is nothing else to do with feijoa juice, gosh!

After you make the wine, make vinegar. We are not keen on feijoa wine, but the vinegar is very nice.

I came across this really good blog a few days ago, have a look I'm sure you will find lots to do with the juice. I made the walnut cake and will be again :)
