Ingredients: 3 cups plan flour 1tbsp baking powder 3 tbsp cocoa 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 cup of choc chips 120 grams butter, melted 1 1/4 cups of milk 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 180c and grease a 5cm muffin pan. Sif the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the brown sugar and chocolate chips. Mix, then add the melted butter, milk and eggs and mix well. 3/4 fill the muffin moulds. Bake for approx. 20 minutes. Enjoy!
