Cheese puffs

I can remember my mum making cheese puffs,sort of like a soft cheesy crispy scone.
Does anyone know

JO SEAGAR'S CHEESE PUFFS

2 cups flour
3 cups cheese ( grated tasty)
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
4 tsp baking powder

Mix with spatula and put in 12 mounds on greased tray or baking paper. Put into 250*C and then TURN OFF for ten minutes.

I like to add a "little bit" of cayenne pepper too:)

THese are my favourites. Cheese Puffs
2 cups Flour
6 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
Milk to mix
Mix flour, baking pwder and cheese together. Add unbeaten eggs and mix to smooth mixture with a little milk. Spoon onto tray. Bake 200c for 10 minutes. These freeze really well too.

1 1/2 cups warm water, 2 eggs. Lightly beat. Add 2 cups heaped flour, 4tsp baking powder, 1tsp salt, 2tsp sugar, 3 cups grated cheese, pinch of cayanne pepper. Mix till just combined. Put into muffin tins. Bake 200C for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy
