I'd love to replicate this and did try once without success.Brought a small one today - they are devine ever so slightly warmed in the microwave - and wondered if perhaps the cake was drizzled in a caramel sauce to give it that dense yumminess.If you've tried it, what do you think!

We have two - but they are about an hours drive away each - in opposite directions.It is a huge treat in this house as I'm a home baker - I will give in for one of these though!
Thanks flowerchild.That looks similar to one I've made.The more I think about the cheesecake shop one, the more I think that it may have a syrup poured over it.When its warm, its more evident.Hmmmm,I feel like some right now!
